We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with a passion for legal education and content accuracy to join our team at Hindi Law Shorts. As a Video Editor specializing in the legal niche, you will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and packaging videos that simplify and explain Indian laws for our digital audience.

Key Responsibilities


• Edit raw footage into engaging, informative, and visually appealing videos for legal education and law-related content.


• Collaborate with our educators and content creators to maintain accuracy and clarity in complex legal topics.


• Add professional visual effects, transitions, subtitles, and graphics that support legal concepts.


• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines, copyright laws, and privacy standards in all edits.


• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms (SEO, mobile-format, etc.).


• Deliver videos on tight timelines and adapt edits for different platforms and audience needs.

Skills & Qualifications


• Proven experience in video editing (preferably for legal, educational, or informational content).


• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).


• Ability to visualize legal concepts using graphics, animations, and clear on-screen text.


• Understanding of copyright, privacy issues, and ethical requirements for legal content.


• Excellent communication and time-management skills.


• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Preferred


• Prior experience editing law, legal, or educational videos.


• Knowledge of Indian legal topics or willingness to learn quickly.
