Key Responsibilities:

1) Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

2) Technical Expertise

Provide hands-on technical guidance in full stack development, ensuring the implementation of best practices in code quality, security, and performance. Emphasize the use of technologies such as React, , Docker, and CI/CD tools to optimize the development process.

Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Ensure the responsiveness of applications across various platforms and devices.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the development process to improve efficiency and product quality.

3) Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to best practices.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and address concerns.

Implement and maintain effective project management tools and methodologies to streamline development processes.

4) Quality Assurance & Code Integrity

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.

Implement and monitor Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployments.

Proactively address technical debt to ensure the maintainability, scalability, and performance of the codebase.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in full stack web development.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex web applications and leading development teams.
  • Technical Skills
  • Frontend: Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Backend: Strong skills in server-side languages and frameworks such as , PHP, Python, or similar.
  • Databases: Expertise in database design and management, including both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment tools and processes.
