About the Role:

We are looking for a CAD Specialist with strong AutoCAD skills and exposure to CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g., TRIRIGA, Archibus, Planon). This role supports workplace strategy, space planning, and occupancy management by ensuring accurate floor plans and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain AutoCAD floor plans and integrate them into CAFM systems.
  • Ensure space data accuracy, create occupancy reports, and support space audits.
  • Support workplace teams with test fits, stacking plans, and move/add/change activities.
  • Maintain drawing standards and documentation.
  • Assist in user support and reporting for CAFM tools (TRIRIGA experience preferred, can be trained).
Skills & Experience:
  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in AutoCAD; basic exposure to CAFM systems is required.
  • Understanding of space planning and workplace data management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.
Good to Have:
  • TRIRIGA or similar CAFM experience
  • Experience in corporate real estate or workplace management
