Job Location

Responsibilities

Timely and accurate financial statements

  • Preparation of quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, notes) within defined timelines and with minimal errors. ​
  • Ensuring reconciliations and closing entries are completed before reporting cut‑offs. ​

Regulatory and policy compliance
 -

  • Ensuring reports comply with applicable frameworks (Ind AS/IFRS) and local regulatory requirements (company law, tax, LODR).

Internal controls over reporting

  • Maintaining and improving internal controls over financial reporting (GL controls, reconciliations, review checklists, approval workflows).
  • Reducing control deficiencies and recurring audit issues and ensuring data integrity in ERP and reporting systems.

Audit and stakeholder coordination

  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors: preparing schedules, responding to queries, and closing audit points on time.
  • Supporting management and other departments with reliable financial data, analysis, and explanations of key variances.

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA

3-4 years in a financial reporting role
- Strong understanding of
accounting principles
.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
