Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Expand ICS:

  2. Identify new areas for Internal Control Systems (ICS) implementation and develop strategies to meet requirements.

  3. Developing organic farming awareness/training for farmers.

  4. Recruiting new farmers for organic farming conversion.

  5. LRP Staff Management:

  6. Create and execute monthly plans for field staff to ensure effective operations.

  7. Farmer Support and Conversion:

  8. Collaborate with LRP to facilitate farmer visits and address queries, enabling smooth transition from non-organic to organic farming practices.

  9. Farmer Training and Development:

  10. Plan and conduct training programs for farmers, tailored to their needs and requirements.

  11. HR Support and Query Resolution:

  12. Resolve LRP queries related to HR policies, working closely with the HR team.

  13. ICS Documentation and Auditing:

  14. Implementing and monitoring Internal Control System (ICS) for organic production.

  15. Conducting internal inspections for compliance.

  16. Prepare and maintain accurate ICS documents for farm auditing purposes.

  17. Field Audit Management:

  18. Preparing ICS documents for audits.

  19. Plan, execute, and complete field audits, ensuring zero Non- Conformities (NCs) and implementing corrective actions.

  20. Managing ICS audits.

  21. CSR Project Implementation:

  22. Collaborate with the LRP team to implement projects at ICS locations, driving social responsibility initiatives.

  23. Procurement Support:

  24. Assist the procurement team in sourcing commodities from ICS, adhering to quality specifications and targets.

  25. Coordinating with farmers on purchasing based on quality.

  26. Supervising harvesting and dispatch.

  27. Internal Controls and Inspections:

  28. Conduct regular internal and surprise inspections across all ICS locations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education Preference: B.Sc/Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field or PG any Subject
  • Prior experience upto 2 Years.
  • Knowledge of Agri Commodities, comfort with traveling to different project locations in India, and multitasking abilities in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
