Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and Expand ICS:
Identify new areas for Internal Control Systems (ICS) implementation and develop strategies to meet requirements.
- Developing organic farming awareness/training for farmers.
Recruiting new farmers for organic farming conversion.
LRP Staff Management:
Create and execute monthly plans for field staff to ensure effective operations.
Farmer Support and Conversion:
Collaborate with LRP to facilitate farmer visits and address queries, enabling smooth transition from non-organic to organic farming practices.
Farmer Training and Development:
Plan and conduct training programs for farmers, tailored to their needs and requirements.
HR Support and Query Resolution:
Resolve LRP queries related to HR policies, working closely with the HR team.
ICS Documentation and Auditing:
Implementing and monitoring Internal Control System (ICS) for organic production.
- Conducting internal inspections for compliance.
Prepare and maintain accurate ICS documents for farm auditing purposes.
Field Audit Management:
Preparing ICS documents for audits.
- Plan, execute, and complete field audits, ensuring zero Non- Conformities (NCs) and implementing corrective actions.
Managing ICS audits.
CSR Project Implementation:
Collaborate with the LRP team to implement projects at ICS locations, driving social responsibility initiatives.
Procurement Support:
Assist the procurement team in sourcing commodities from ICS, adhering to quality specifications and targets.
- Coordinating with farmers on purchasing based on quality.
Supervising harvesting and dispatch.
Internal Controls and Inspections:
Conduct regular internal and surprise inspections across all ICS locations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Education Preference: B.Sc/Diploma in Agriculture or a relevant field or PG any Subject
- Prior experience upto 2 Years.
- Knowledge of Agri Commodities, comfort with traveling to different project locations in India, and multitasking abilities in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
