Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We work with international buyers across the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, focusing on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser Trainee who is eager to learn the complete merchandising process—from sampling to production to dispatch. This role is ideal for freshers who want practical exposure to the export and fashion manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist the merchandiser in daily follow-ups with sampling, production, artisans, and tailoring units.


• Coordinate with design team, workers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of orders.


• Prepare and update order sheets, sample sheets, and production trackers.


• Help in quality checking of products before packaging.


• Support in email communication with buyers (training will be provided).


• Manage fabric, trims, and raw material records.


• Assist in packing and dispatch-related work during urgent shipments.


• Maintain daily work reports and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements


• Fresher or 0–1 year experience (training will be provided).


• Basic knowledge of fashion, textiles, or merchandising is an advantage.


• Good communication skills (English/Hindi).


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Gmail).
