About the Role

We are looking for a fresher Chartered Accountant (CA qualified) to join our Corporate Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting key financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions at Varmora Granito Ltd. This role provides strong exposure to financial management in a corporate manufacturing setup with opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.
  • Work on internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor & bank reconciliations
  • Prepare consolidated reports for management and board review
  • Support in fund management, treasury & working capital management
  • Assist in developing internal controls and SOPs
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • CA Qualified (Fresher or up to 2 years post-qualification experience)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
