Commi II – Garde Manger

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Commi II Garde Manger in Sayaji Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Garde Manger in planning and executing culinary events and menus.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support inventory management and stock control.
