What You'll Do

As an
Accounts Receivable Associate
, you'll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U.S. freight industry. You'll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers
  • Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
  • Following up via email/phone to ensure timely payments
  • Reconciling payments and updating ERP/factoring systems
  • Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches
  • Coordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teams
  • Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs
  • Assisting with audits and monthly closing reports

Who You Are

  • A
    fresher
    or have up to
    2 years of experience
    in Accounts, Finance, or any related field
  • Holds a
    Bachelor's degree
    (B.Com, BBA, BSc, etc.)
  • Has strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Comfortable working in
    US Night Shifts
    (India night hours)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers
  • Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to receivables/collections in any industry
  • Experience handling logistics documents like BOLs, Rate Cons, PODs
  • Familiarity with finance applications like QuickBooks, TAFS, etc.
