Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Healthcare Process (voice-based) at our Bangalore center. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with competitive pay and structured career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls related to US healthcare services.
  • Assist customers with queries related to claims, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and process workflows.

Salary Structure:

  • For 6 Months Experience: Utop 5.7 LPA

  • For 1+ Years Experience: Upto 6.7 LPA

  • Assessment Score 65+: 6.0 LPA

  • Assessment Score 70+: Up to 6.7 LPA

Salary based on communication based assessment performance conducted during the selection process.

Work Details:

  • Shift: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shift)
  • Working Days: 5 Days per Week
  • Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of any International BPO experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with rotational night shifts.
  • Must be able to clear the communication based assessment.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience can apply.
