Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations on-site in India: billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
  • Own key O2C KPIs—reduce DSO, improve collection effectiveness, and lower aging balances—through targeted strategies and daily execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing O2C team; define SLAs, monitor performance, and ensure timely escalations to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain robust controls and reconciliation processes (AR reconciliations, credit memos, cash posting) to ensure SOX/IFRS compliance and audit readiness.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Treasury, and Billing teams to resolve disputes, enable timely invoicing, and optimize credit terms and collections workflows.
  • Drive process improvements and automation (ERP enhancements, RPA opportunities, Power BI dashboards) to increase efficiency and visibility across O2C end-to-end.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • CA/ICWA/Graduate in Commerce/Finance with 5+ years in O2C/AR roles and 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
    • Proven experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.
    • Demonstrated track record of reducing DSO, managing collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for B2B or enterprise customers.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in SaaS or technology companies, exposure to global billing models and multi-currency AR.
    • Familiarity with SOX compliance, IFRS accounting, GST implications for invoicing, and audit processes.
    • Hands-on experience with process automation (RPA) or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to build dashboards and drive insights.
