As a Marketing Intern for the company, you will be responsible for creating content and designing promotional material for both online and offline channels. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness and extend the reach of the company and its products/services through various media platforms. Crafting and sending newsletters, managing the database, running marketing campaigns, and tracking ROI are key tasks that you will handle. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the company at workshops, conferences, and special schools, where you will train students and teachers on the books while collecting valuable feedback. - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English literature, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field is required. - Freshers with the relevant educational background are encouraged to apply. - Students currently pursuing their degrees are requested to refrain from applying as this is a full-time position. - Willingness to travel within India, with minimal travel expected. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software is essential. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and experience in conducting marketing campaigns on social media platforms will be advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and effective training skills are required. Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns provides an additional advantage. Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary for this role. This is an Internship position with a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, and the position requires availability for day shifts. A willingness to travel up to 25% within India is a mandatory requirement for this role.,
