Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Manager located in Kolkata. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing regional teams, driving business strategies, and ensuring targets are met within the assigned zone. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining professional relationships, executing business development strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with all operational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee regional teams and drive performance.
  • Experience in business development, strategic planning, and achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management to ensure business efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry and digital payment systems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
