Role Summary:

We are looking for a MIS Executive to support our Projects & Administration department. The role involves day-to-day data handling, reporting, vendor coordination, and field-level operational support. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors on ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update various reports related to asset tracking, vendor billing, project status, and site updates
  • Work extensively on MS Excel/Google Sheets to manage structured project data and administrative logs
  • Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, warehouse/store supervisors for daily updates
  • Track and manage project activities, timelines, and resource utilization reports
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for audits, utility bills, rental agreements, and AMC records
  • Support the Admin/Project leads in preparing dashboards, expense trackers, and inventory records
  • Make occasional site visits to collect data, verify work progress, or coordinate with vendors

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Experience: 1–2 years in MIS/Admin/Project Coordination roles (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse sector preferred)
  • Must Have Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas
  • Strong reporting and data management capability
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Preferred:
  • Basic understanding of project/admin processes like vendor management, site setup, or facility maintenance
  • Knowledge of email writing and basic documentation
  • Comfortable in doing local travel
  • Own Vehicle & DL Mandate

Reporting To: Project/Admin Manager

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Type: On-site / Field coordination required as per project needs.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
