Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should be skilled in SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and trend identification.
- Collaborate with business teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Automate recurring reports and data processes.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools (Python, R is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts is an advantage.
