1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, exhibitions, real estate tie-ups, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
  • Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

2. Branding & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance the brand image.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers for brochures, catalogs, digital creatives, etc.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest effective strategies.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, or media as needed.

3. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Explain the company's offerings, past work, process, and pricing.
  • Schedule meetings with the design team or site visits as needed.
  • Maintain WhatsApp groups and email threads for ongoing communication.

4. Sales Support

  • Support the design/sales team with necessary presentation material.
  • Help prepare and send proposals, design briefs, quotations, and agreements.
  • Track conversions and assist in closing deals when necessary.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain client records, marketing reports, and campaign results.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance summaries with the team or management.
  • Assist in preparing case studies or testimonials from completed projects.

6. Vendor & Collaboration Management

  • Connect with builders, architects, furniture suppliers, and other vendors for potential collaborations.
  • Negotiate partnership opportunities for cross-promotion or referral.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
