Position: Senior (Are we looking for a Team Lead Video Editing with great knowledge of editing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of video editors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of video editing projects, including planning.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and feedback to the team, ensuring that all videos align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all video content meets the highest quality standards in terms of editing, sound, and visual effects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, content, and production, to ensure seamless execution of video projects.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities and processes.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, After Effect and Davinci Resolve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
  • Transparent and to-the-point communication skills.
