Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage our organizations financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial management with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filing, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and financial risk assessment.
• Support management in financial planning and business decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• 26 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential data with integrity.

Salary: 50,000 70,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
