Location: PAN India (Hybrid Work)

Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security Profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud

Configure security across Core HR, Absence, Talent, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Data Analytics, MSS & ESS

Design, develop, and implement security functionality within Oracle HCM

Build custom roles tailored from Oracle Cloud HCM seeded roles

Lead security implementation: user roles, privileges, auto provisioning/deprovisioning, dynamic role mapping

Triage and resolve security support cases

Evaluate security solutions against requirements, risks, and constraints

Review and remediate security impacts from Oracle patches and quarterly releases

Expert in developing Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

Experience with sandbox customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer

Test custom roles with functional testing scenarios

Hands-on experience in HCM SaaS implementations

Support UAT defect resolution, Redwood upgrades, and Go-live migration validation
