  • 5 years' experience in Implementation & Integration of SAP Success factors. 
  • Experience in Employee Central (EC)Core, Leave Module, Knowledge & Competency Management and Compensation & Benefits module. 
  • Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards. 
  • Create and maintain a report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from the HRIS system. 
  • Responsible for the development of ad hoc report requests to meet business requirements. 
  • Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, external partners and international teams 
  • Collaborate with HR teams around process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions. 
  • Should have hands-on experience in SuccessFactors integration with other 3rd Party tools. 
  • Experience in HRIS migration from Oracle/Workday to Success Factors.
