Senior .NET Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Senior .NET Engineer to help design, build, and deliver

high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

solving complex problems, writing clean code, and taking full ownership of their work—including

testing and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Break down large or complex problems into smaller parts, design clean solutions, and

implement the core framework.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Entity

Framework, and Web API.

• software architecture patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS to

build modular and scalable systems.

• Work directly with SQL Server—designing databases, writing stored procedures,

optimizing queries, and tuning performance.

• Use Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6) for ORM and data access.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Take full ownership of testing your own code—unit, integration, and performance

testing—as part of a Shift Left / No QA team setup.

• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and

deliver customer-focused features.

• Use AI development tools (required)—including GitHub Copilot, Claude, or

similar—to assist with code generation, refactoring, documentation, and development

speed.

What You Should Bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C#, .NET Core, Web API
• Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6)
• SQL Server – writing queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance

tuning

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and

enterprise architecture.

• Experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean layering of business logic and data access.
• Familiarity with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and system

performance tuning.

• Comfortable with Git and working in a modern development environment (CI/CD, Agile).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience working across multiple teams or squads.
• Familiarity with Angular or other frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Required: Active daily use of AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or

similar in your workflow.

Bonus Points

• Real-world experience building AI-powered features (e.g., smart forms, intelligent

search, NLP features).

• Experience working in a Shift Left environment with full feature ownership—design to

production.

Senior .NET Engineer (Cloud + Platform Engineering)

We're looking for a hands-on Senior .NET Engineer with deep experience in cloud-native

development and platform engineering. You'll help us build scalable, secure, and

high-performance SaaS applications using modern tools, practices, and AI-powered workflows.

This role requires someone who can design and build core systems, drive platform

reliability, and take full ownership—from architecture to testing to deployment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Break down large or complex problems, design scalable solutions, and implement core

frameworks.

• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, design reviews, and planning.
• Build and maintain cloud-native .NET applications running on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3,

RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).

• Implement and platform engineering best practices: infrastructure as code

(IaC), observability, deployment automation, and performance monitoring.

• Use modern design patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS to

create clean, maintainable, modular systems.

• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity

Framework, and Web API.

• Own the full testing lifecycle of your work—unit, integration, and performance

testing—in a Shift Left / No QA team environment.

• Use AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc., daily to enhance

development speed, code quality, and documentation.

• Work closely with product managers, customer success, and other engineers to deliver

high-impact, customer-facing features.

What You Should Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS or enterprise application development.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting .NET Core applications in AWS.
• Solid knowledge of:
• C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API
• Entity Framework (Core or EF6)
• SQL Server: database design, performance tuning, and complex query

development

• Strong understanding of OOP, clean architecture, N-tier systems, and

multi-threading.

• Experience with platform engineering: CI/CD pipelines, observability, IaC tools (e.g.,

Terraform or CloudFormation), logging/monitoring tools.

• Experience with Git, DevOps workflows, and Agile development.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Clear, confident communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Self-driven, takes ownership, and works well in cross-functional teams.
• Frontend experience with Angular or similar frameworks is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Real-world use of DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architecture in production systems.
• Built or contributed to AI-powered product features like smart forms, document

summarization, chat, or semantic search.

• Experience building reusable platforms or internal developer tools.
