Role Description

This is a full-time Database Administrator role located on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Database Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our database systems. Responsibilities include designing databases, managing database replication, and ensuring database performance and security. Regular duties also include monitoring system performance, implementing database updates, and managing backup and recovery processes.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a DBA
  • Proficiency in Database Administration and Databases
  • Experience in Database Design and Replication management
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus
