Role Overview

The Senior Clinical Specialist will act as the primary clinical and product expert for Inito's users. This individual will ensure a smooth end-to-end user experience by providing empathetic support, product guidance, and timely issue resolution. The role involves customer advocacy, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive product testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for users via calls and emails, understanding their concerns and health conditions.
  • Act as a product expert, educating users on device usage, fertility hormone insights, and health tracking workflows.
  • Troubleshoot device setup, application features, usage issues, and functional concerns.
  • Perform regular testing of the fertility monitor and mobile app to proactively identify issues.
  • Collaborate with Biotech, Hardware, Software, and AI teams to deliver customer feedback and support product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, structured feedback repositories, and internal reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, issue closure, and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex medical or technical information.
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing tools (advantage).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
