Role Overview: -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our multinational team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, global environment, and will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce by sourcing top talent across diverse functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and design recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, headhunting, referrals, niche platforms) to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align recruitment practices with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, diversity hiring).
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract talent.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, labor laws, and innovative hiring practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in an MNC or fast-growing organization.
