Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Post Graduate Teacher - English at TAAC, located in Oddanchattram. The Post Graduate Teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging English lessons, assessing student work, and providing constructive feedback to foster academic growth. Duties also include participating in curriculum planning, attending faculty meetings, and engaging in professional development. The role involves maintaining classroom discipline, supporting extracurricular activities, and encouraging students to achieve their full potential in both academics and extracurricular endeavors.
Qualifications
- Min 5+ yrs of Proven expertise in English language and literature
- Experience in classroom instruction and lesson planning
- Strong skills in assessing and providing feedback on student work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and exam preparation
- Master's degree in English or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
