Role Description

Role Description:

As a Technical Lead - DataCom/Networking : L2-L3 Protocols at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining network protocols at the data link layer and network layer. You will also work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to network protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Design and develop networking solutions using Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, and OSPF.

•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

•    Configure and deploy networking solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

•    Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.

 

Technical Skills

Skills Requirements:


•    Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols such as Ethernet, VLAN, STP, OSPF, and BGP.

•    Experience in network architecture design and implementation.

•    Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.

•    Familiarity with network testing tools and techniques.

•    Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

•    Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.

•    Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills. 

•    Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• years of work experience in relevant field

•    B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
