Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the design and planning of premium retail/commercial spaces (Shopping Malls).
  • Develop concept designs, space layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
  • Work closely with MEP consultants, structural engineers, and site teams for seamless execution.
  • Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and technical detailing for high-end materials and finishes.
  • Ensure alignment with local building codes, bye-laws, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate facade designs, landscape layouts, and interior detailing for premium aesthetics.
  • Handle multiple stages from conceptualization to execution and handover.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance, quality standards, and execution finesse.
  • Maintain alignment with brand vision, architectural trends, and global luxury benchmarks.
  • Interact with vendors, clients, and consultants for approvals and feedback incorporation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have experience in designing large premium shopping malls, premium retail spaces.
  • Strong design sense with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and visualization tools like Lumion or 3ds Max.
  • Should be updated with international trends, smart home designs, and lifestyle amenities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deal with high-profile clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines with attention to detail.
