We are currently seeking a Fusion HCM to join our team in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, PAN India, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Developed and customized user interfaces using Oracle Redwood design principles
• Experience in VBCS Studio with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
