Job Title: Senior IT Executive – Real Estate

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, and printers, and Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Must have a background in IT support and hardware/software maintenance.

Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage the technical infrastructure, ensure smooth operation of IT systems, and provide timely support for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Set up and maintain Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity, resolving network-related issues.
  • Perform regular system checks and backups to ensure data security.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases or repairs.
  • Provide technical support to employees for smooth IT operations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting including CRM.
  • Familiarity with network configuration and basic security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
