Club Ambassador

Role & responsibilities

• Program Representation: Serve as a representative for the membership program and the organization at the hotel premises.
• Membership Enrollment: Enroll guests to the membership program.
• Member Engagement: Build relationships with members visiting the hotels and assist with reservations/ bookings.
• Coordination and Support: Work with hotel teams to facilitate reservations and respond to guest requests.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduates with a minimum of one year of work experience. Experience in luxury retail, hotel sales, timeshare industry, banquets, EdTech or travel sales with direct customer interaction is highly desirable.
• Should be self-motivated, smart, and confident with excellent presentation skills.
• Work timings are 1pm to 10 pm, Wednesday to Sunday, Tuesday will be a weekly off.
