NET Full stack Engineer

We are looking for a solid candidate for a .NET senior full stack developer role (CONTRACTUAL).

8 HOURS A day (4-5 hours in the day and 3 hours in the evening around 9 pm)

Below is the profile we are looking for -

• 8+ years in a hands-on web application development role
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with C#, .NET core, ASP.NET, Web API
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and angular 13+ (preferable angular 17, 18)
• Must have strong knowledge and experience with SQL server or equivalent database - writing complex business logic in stored procedures and writing performant queries is required.
• Must have experience with TypeScript.
• Must have understanding and experience with reactive programming and familiarity with RxJs, NgRx
• Demonstrated a history of leading teams when required and as excited to work as an individual contributor.
• Familiarity with unit testing using C#, nUnit, xUnit or similar.
• Familiarity with unit testing for Front end (JavaScript) is a big plus.
• Must be interested in a long-term engagement.
• Background in the cloud (Preferably Azure DevOps)

Essential Functions:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of software applications at a business entity level
• Design and develop solutions that strictly consider security, scalability, flexibility, reliability, and availability.
• Lead and manage multiple Agile development teams' efficiency, productivity, and processes.
• Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in software products across the business entity through continuous process improvement, able to coach teams and Dev Leads to yield higher levels of productivity and quality
• Work with business, application users and IT development to define and architect robust and flexible applications and network architecture solutions
• Create application-level and enterprise-level architectural documents
• Work as part of an Agile development team to solve problems and develop projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and review the work of more junior developers to ensure solutions are appropriate and standards are followed.
• Delegate work as needed to ensure even distribution of workload amongst the team.
• Evaluate third-party libraries, software, and vendors as necessary.
• Evangelize new technologies to utilize in application development
• Participate in technical/architectural governance to define architectural standards and protocols

Skills & Abilities Required:

• Adhere to all PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines.
• Must have very strong programming experience in modern front-end and back-end development with a focus on Microsoft technology stack.
• Must have strong knowledge of modern architecture design patterns and software design practices and tools.
• 10+ years of experience with the development, design and architecture of ASP.Net and C#. Angular applications
• Proficient in designing and developing APIs (RESTful, security, documentation, performance, versioning, automation, and quality assurance) and frameworks, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust integration with various systems and platforms.

• Must demonstrate proficiency with the following:

• C#, .NET Core & .NET Framework 4.8

• Azure Cloud Services
• Web API development & integration
• Typescript, JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. Angular, React etc.)
• Reactive programming and familiarity with RxJs, NgRx
• SQL server or equivalent database - writing complex business logic in stored procedures and writing performant queries
• Unit testing using C#, nUnit, xUnit or similar

• Unit testing for Front end (JavaScript) is a big plus.

• A thorough understanding of structured programming design techniques and best-practice design patterns used to create high-quality, robust and readable code

• Experienced in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Microsoft development and database certifications a plus

• Make recommendations to management on improving efficiency or streamlining processes.
• Discuss any performance deficiencies of a team member with management, including punctuality and attendance issues.
• Provide feedback to management-only on Performance Reviews for the team (do not discuss issues directly with employees).

Educational Requirements:
