Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of events across Montzo Life's portfolio of fashion brands. The Event Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of creating high-impact events—ranging from fashion shows and product launches to exhibitions, influencer collaborations, and retail activations. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to deliver seamless brand experiences that reflect Montzo Life's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of events across Montzo Life's fashion brands.
  • Develop innovative event strategies that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effective yet premium event outcomes.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, agencies, influencers, and production partners.
  • Oversee on-ground execution of events, ensuring flawless delivery and high-quality experiences.
  • Direct and mentor the event coordination team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, retail, creative, social media) for integrated campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage logistics including venue selection, production setup, permits, and security.
  • Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activations, and global event innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in event management, preferably in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale events and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of event/project management tools preferred.
