Role: Technical Recruiter (Mid to Sr)

No of positions: 3

Mode: Onsite

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM EST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review client requirements and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
  • Search for candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.
  • Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications, and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier technical talent to convert to our W2s.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses.
  • Understanding of market changes with respect to technology developments.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent staffing industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle proven experience within the staffing industry.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, Consultant, Senior to Architect level and executive positions.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of software technologies and roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
