Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create short-form video content, reels, and graphics in coordination with the design team.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help in maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social channels.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly social media reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
