Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our U.K. client projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, U.K.-specific market trends, and search engine algorithms. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving traffic, and maximizing ROI through effective SEO execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies specifically for U.K.-based projects.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify SEO opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking structure.
  • Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies adhering to U.K. SEO standards.
  • Monitor and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine updates, algorithms, and trends in the U.K. market.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to measure success and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years proven experience in SEO (preferably for U.K. clients or international projects).
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz.
  • Strong knowledge of link-building strategies and ethical SEO practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (U.K. English preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of local SEO for U.K. businesses (maps, citations, directories).
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with PPC/Google Ads for integrated digital marketing.
