Job Responsibilities

  • Supports implementation of IT platform and IT infrastructure standards and tasks defined by Corporate IT, Services, Platforms and Infrastructure Computing Platforms
  • Collects, verifies, and addresses details from the Corporate IT standards for the implementation of the defined IT processes and tasks
  • Addresses change requests and implements changes for the defined IT standards and tasks and monitors and follows up them. Also escalates in case of very long response and implementation time.
  • Supports communication between (internal/external) IT infrastructure groups and third parties (like suppliers) for the implementation of defined IT standards and tasks
  • Supports Corporate IT and divisional IT inventory control to document and improve the configuration management system
  • Supports Corporate IT Infrastructure teams in the roll-out and implementation of projects and standards in general

Required Skill Set

1) Preferred experience – Migration of servers from Server 2k16 to 2k22 in enterprises

2) Hands-on Experience in Windows, VMware and backup

3) Knowledge on DNS, DHCP and DFS

4) IT related know-how and capabilities

5) Fluent Business English required

6) Active communication skills

7) Work team capabilities / able to work in remote team

8) Problem solving capabilities with windows and linux server environment

Required Qualification

I. Minimum qualification- Full time graduate with Computer Science/equivalent experience

II. Minimum 2 years of experience in server administration and active directory.

III. Minimum 1 years of experience in automation language and virtual environment (VMware)
