Position Overview:

  • Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring electrical and automation components and systems for the Marine, Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with project and company requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, manage RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, logistics, and finance teams to meet technical, budget, and delivery goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years in procurement, preferably in the electrical and automation sector within the marine, oil, and gas industries.

  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good understanding of industry standards and procurement best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in teams.

  • Preferred:
    Experience in global sourcing, marine/offshore procurement, and sustainability initiatives.

  • Work Conditions:
    Full-time, office-based role with occasional travel to supplier sites and events.
