Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobiliser, based in Solapur. The Mobiliser will be responsible for identifying and recruiting individuals for our training programs, promoting the programs in the community, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified trainees. Daily tasks include conducting outreach activities, organizing orientation sessions, building relationships with community leaders, assessing potential trainees, and providing support to ensure successful program participation and completion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community outreach and engagement
• Ability to assess and evaluate potential trainees
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of local community and industry needs in Solapur
• Experience with skill development programs is a plus
• Proficiency in regional languages and English
• Willingness to travel within Solapur for outreach activities
