Job Title:
 Quantity Surveyor Mivan High Rise Residential Projects

Locations:
 ASBL HO | Gachibowli | Hyderabad

Experience:
 1-3 Years

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for Mivan high-rise residential projects.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support cost control measures.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
• Support in preparing interim payment certificates and final accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Mivan formwork/high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
