Job Title: Process Associate – US Bookkeeping (Night Shift)

Location: Shobhagpura, Udaipur

About the Role

We are hiring Process Associates for US Bookkeeping and Accounting. This role is ideal for graduates and postgraduates who are looking to build a career in US Accounting, IFRS, and International Bookkeeping. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and should be comfortable working in night shifts.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Udaipur with great opportunities for growth in the finance and accounting industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and international accounting standards.
  • Communicate with US clients and internal teams effectively.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (mandatory).
  • Skills: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: IFRS, International Accounting Standards, QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping tools.
  • Shift: Comfortable working in night shifts at Udaipur office location.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in US Accounting, Outsourced Finance, or International Clients is preferred.
