Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET, C#, and ReactJS, and will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#.
  • Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
