Job Responsibilities:

  • Call potential and past visitors from our database.
  • Inform them about our upcoming medical exhibitions.
  • Share event details, encourage them to attend, and answer basic queries.
  • Maintain call records and update feedback in Excel/CRM.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English, regional language is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Confident and polite on calls.
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
