Wind Experience Must

experience in large-scale wind power projects from foundation to commissioning stage

  • Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities at the wind project site.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards during foundation, installation, and commissioning phases of wind turbine projects.
  • Oversee inspection and testing of civil, mechanical, and electrical works as per the approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Drive site-level quality audits (internal and external) to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and close Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) through effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain proper documentation and quality records to support project handover and client inspections.
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for site teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to enhance the quality culture.
  • Interface with project, engineering, and contractor teams to ensure smooth quality assurance integration.
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to quality performance at the site.
