We are hiring a Trainer for a Wanshan Mobiles Private Limited Company in Murshidabad District. This is an urgent job in Murshidabad, ideal for candidates passionate about training, people development, and the retail/mobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts aligned with organisational goals and industry standards.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees using various instructional methods to suit different learning styles.
• Identify training gaps and organisational needs through assessments, store visits, and feedback, and develop targeted training programs accordingly.
• Support implementation of forum management systems and conduct improvement training focused on performance expectations and goal setting.
• Visit stores regularly and train OPPO OEC staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Build strong working relationships with employees and store teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (HS Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
• Knowledge of Technology, Mobile, or Retail Industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).

Salary

• Salary as per industry standards.
