Company Description

Hero Ecotech Ltd. was established as an Export-Oriented Unit to manufacture and export high-quality bicycles in collaboration with National Panasonic of Japan. It is the most modern bicycle factory in India, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and compliant with ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. Hero Ecotech Ltd. is India's only SA8000 and SMETA Pillar 4 audited bicycle factory, making it a preferred choice for major retailers in the USA, UK, Germany, and France. We are India's largest exporter of bicycles to Europe and the USA, with a campus spread over 40 acres. We also manufacture orthopaedic equipment under the Mediva brand and own the KROSS bicycle brand in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive position located in Ludhiana, Punjab. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating between different departments. The role includes project management, ensuring the quality of products, handling client communications, and facilitating strategic planning to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to oversee manufacturing processes, including welding, painting, and assembly
  • Experience in SAP MM module , strategic planning and operational efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree, MDICM (Computer Diploma), or related fields
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
