  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans for civil and interior projects
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with building codes and regulations
  • Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software
  • Review and modify drawings to correct any discrepancies
  • Coordinate with project teams to understand design changes and incorporate them into drawings
  • Estimate material and labor costs based on drawings
  • Prepare as-built drawings to reflect on-site changes
  • Conduct on-site measurements and surveys as needed
  • Maintain drawing files and documentation for future reference
  • Attend project meetings to discuss design and drawing-related matters
  • Quality check drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a draughtsman in the civil or interior design industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
