Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, mentions, reviews, and community queries.

2. Content Planning & Creation

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging, creative, and platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, short videos).
  • Coordinate with the design, photography, and marketing teams for content production.
  • Write compelling captions, copy, and scripts suitable for various target audiences.

3. Branding & Strategy

  • Build strong brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all channels.
  • Innovate creative ideas, campaign themes, reels concepts, influencer collabs, and content series.
  • Execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, followers).
  • Analyze insights to improve content quality and posting strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for growth.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external agencies when required.
  • Support in running paid ads or boosting posts (optional depending on role).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Strong understanding of all major social platforms and content formats.
  • Creativity in storytelling, reel-making, copywriting, and campaign planning.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools: Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / basic video editing tools.
  • Strong command over written English and visual communication.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage content pipelines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencer marketing / brand collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO for social media content.
  • Experience working in fast-growing brands or startups.
