Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, kitchen support areas, and service stations. Duties include cleaning tables, chairs, and floors; washing plates and utensils; refilling water and tissues; assisting waiters during peak hours; disposing of waste properly; and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and ready for customers at all times. Must follow hygiene standards, work efficiently during rush hours, and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
