We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Regional Business Manager (RBM)
to lead and drive our Poultry Division's sales and operations in the Anand region. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to execute sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Assess strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage sales programs accordingly.
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales associates within the assigned territory.
Guide, groom, and motivate team members to achieve their targets.
Sales Growth and Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Establish sales order projections (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) with each client.
Produce and update master sales forecasts for clients and markets.
Field Operations:
Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates for lead generation and deal closures.
- Ensure target customer evaluation and farm tracking to drive business growth.
Provide daily field reports and communicate ECP data to seniors.
Client and Data Management:
Maintain and update client information systematically.
Ensure effective implementation of company strategies within the region.
Credit Management:
Coordinate collections from dealers and distributors, adhering to the approved credit limits.
Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and the internal team to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the poultry or livestock industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer demographics in the poultry sector.
