Job Description:*

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth of our laboratory product portfolio including Filter Papers, Chromatography Vials, and Microbiology range of products.

The role involves engaging with customers (research institutes, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies), understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inside sales activities for Filter Paper, Chromatography Vials, Microbiology products, and related laboratory supplies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications / Technical Information

  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell relevant products.

  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for effective sales support.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Maintain Product Knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science (Life Sciences/Chemistry/Biotechnology) or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience of 1-2 year in sales, preferably in laboratory products/pharmaceutical/life sciences sector is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable with telesales and email communication.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Good understanding of laboratory processes and products is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
